Medical and neuroscience research shows that stress and anxiety are the biggest obstacles to creative thinking. Alpha brain waves, which occur when your brain is in an idling state (daydreaming, practicing meditation, coloring and others), fuels creativity. Spas, wellness programming, and artistic activities are all proven to expand our imaginative muscles. A relaxed and positive mind supports thinking that allows one to be able to generate more creative thoughts when less anxious and stressed. To ensure maximum engagement, this session is limited to 20 participants.
During this webinar you will:
- Learn reusable techniques that provide immediate reduction in stress and anxiety
- Work with your stress issues while practicing very specific techniques
- Changing mind state through laughter, music, changing negative voice, changing body posture, and others.
- Requires access to headphones or earbuds for connection to your mobile device
