You’ll learn to use the Business Modal Canvas process to develop a clear picture of your best strategy.
Here are the topics that will be covered and what you’ll accomplish:
Session 1: Value Proposition
The value proposition should be a credible and coherent set of claims that demonstrate the value of your product or service. A good value proposition describes the tangible results; the value you provide to customers.
